All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm.

We use a flat-rate shipping charge of $6 on all purchases under $150 (pre-taxed).  Purchases of $150 (pre-taxed) or more ship free.  We use USPS for shipping.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Item must be in its original unused condition, free of pet hair, smoke smells and stains in order to be returned. Tags must be on item and receipt included with return.  You must return the item within 30 days of purchase date.  Items returned are for store credit only and will be returned to you as a credit on your account.

3. Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return/Refund Exceptions

All gift card sales are non-refundable.

Items under the sale tab and footwear are final sale and cannot be returned.

Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges
If your purchased item is in new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color if it is available. You will have to pay shipping costs both ways.
